Cleaning Service
To compliment the Storage Solution, if you require any of your returned items to be cleaner so they are ready to wear the next time, then we can arrange a cleaning solution for your items. We’ll make sure your outfits are re-stored fresh, clean, and ready to wear, so when they arrive, all you have to do is slip them on and enjoy.
Your belongings are stored safely within our private, secure facility at Be a Lady. You’ll be allocated your own personal storage box, complete with a unique contract number used to identify your individual “wardrobe.”
Each lidded storage box holds 52 litres and is designed to keep your items protected and in their original condition. All belongings are carefully packed, labelled, and handled with complete discretion, ensuring everything remains organised, secure, and confidential at all times.
Your contract number is used whenever you request items to be dispatched or returned. Simply provide it when arranging delivery to your chosen location, or when sending items back to us—we’ll check everything back in and keep it safely stored until you’re ready to enjoy it again.
The number of boxes depends on how many items you wish to store, but each box holds 52lts and is lidded. Many clients start with one or two boxes for clothing, shoes, wigs, and accessories, and you can easily add more boxes as your wardrobe grows. We also provide you with a number of mail bags, allowing you to separate your items into outfits within the storage box, giving you the option to choose specific outfits to be dispatched to you.
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot store money (cash or equivalent), perishable items, hazardous materials, genetic materials/animals, compressed gases, or illegal goods. If you are unsure about a specific item, our team will be happy to advise you before sending it to storage.
To cancel your storage box(s), Be a Lady require 30 days’ notice. Box deposits will be refunded within 30 days of cancellation. Prepaid rental fees will not be refunded.
We recommend giving us reasonable notice (at least 48 hours prior) so we can prepare and dispatch your items promptly. This ensures your wardrobe arrives when and where you need it
If you require a Saturday delivery, please contact us in advance.
Please Note: The cut off time for the courier is 2.30pm – Monday to Friday.
Storage can be paid for using secure online payment methods. Our team will guide you through the available payment options when setting up your storage service.
Be A Lady accepts the following online payment methods:

- In-Store Payment (Chester & Warrington Branches)
- Bank Transfer
We accept payments in advance or on a monthly standing order based on your circumstance & personal needs.
Due to the discretion of our business, we will endeavour to try and accommodate a payment option tailored to your needs.
PayPal and credit card payments have an additional 3.5% admin fee.
Absolutely. We accept cash payments. Either sent by registered insured post via Royal Mail/courier or at Nice ‘n’ Naughty stores in Chester and Warrington or Head Office. Please ask for further details.
Goods are stored at your own risk.
You may during the term of the Agreement have insurance cover in place for at least the full replacement value of all goods stored in the Storage Space. This amount may be greater than the value or Goods.
We do not give any advice concerning insurance cover given by any policy and you must make your own judgement as to adequacy of cover.
Our storage service is managed on your behalf, meaning we retrieve and dispatch your items when requested. This ensures your belongings remain secure while still being easily accessible when you need them.
You can request and collect items from them at the Chester & Warrington stores or Warrington warehouse, as long as the required notice has been given (minimum of 48 hours).
Yes. Our storage service is flexible, so you can increase or reduce the number of boxes depending on your needs.
To increase the number of boxes, the applicable charges will take effect from the day you request additional storage boxes. We will pro-rata the charges to keep them in line with your existing contract.
If you wish to reduce the number of storage boxes, we will require 30 days notice.
The minimum contract period is 3 months. After the initial period, you will be a 30-day rolling contract.
You can update your contact details and replacement value of goods amount at any time during your contract with Be a Lady.
Simply contact us with your contract number and advise of the changes. We will update our records and ensure your new details are used for any correspondence moving forward.
Yes. If you decide you no longer want certain items, we can arrange for them to be responsibly disposed of or donated where appropriate.
Please note, we require your request in writing, listing the items you wish us to dispose of prior to disposal/donation.
Our makeover experiences provide a complete transformation including professional makeup, styling, and guidance.
We’ll start with a consultation before your makeover to assess your skin and chat about the products you’re currently using. Together, we’ll choose your desired look using photos from our library, or you’re welcome to bring your own reference image.
There’s no need to prep your skin beforehand. If you have a moustache or beard, we recommend shaving before you arrive (unless it’s permanent, in which case we’ll work with it). Trimming nose hair is also advised. For best results, we suggest having your eyebrows shaped prior to your appointment, as this helps enhance the final look—though makeup can still be applied if this isn’t possible.
Makeup removal is available at no extra cost if requested. Eyelashes and nails can be added on the day for a small fee, depending on your chosen look—just let us know in advance if you think you’ll want them.
We can also keep a record of the products used during your appointment, making it easy for you to reorder or book again in the future. Plus, we’re always happy to offer personalised skincare advice tailored to you.
Each session is tailored to you, helping you look and feel confident while presenting as your feminine self.
We offer cleaning & maintenance of your wigs. If you are interested in professional styling of your wig(s), this can be arranged at an additional cost. Please contact us for more information.
Absolutely. Our experienced team can help you choose outfits, coordinate accessories, and style your look to enhance your feminine presentation and confidence.
You can visit one of our stores for help selecting pieces to purchase, or come to the Be a Lady head office where we’ll prepare a range of outfits in your size for you to try on.
If you’d prefer a more tailored experience, we can also arrange a bespoke personal shopping package to suit your needs.
Yes. We can provide suitable storage boxes to ensure your clothing and accessories are safely packed and stored. Each box is 52lt.
Yes! We ask for at least 24 hours notice, to allow us to retrieve your storage box from its location in our facility.
There is an administration charge of £10 for retrieval and restoring of your box.

If you wish to collect from one of our stores, we will ship your items out in the usual manner based on the standard notice required of 48 hours.
Is there a minimum contract period?
The minimum contract period is 3 months. After the initial period, you will be on a 30-day rolling contract.
Our storage services are set up per client for privacy and security, and the Contract will be between Be a Lady and one individual. If you, however, decide to share your box with a friend, that is an agreement between yourselves.
All correspondence to and from Be a Lady will be with the Contract Holder only.
If payments stop, we will contact you to resolve the situation and arrange the safe return or collection of your items.
If we are unable to contact you and no payment has been made, we will dispose of your belongings (10 days after the contract has been terminated).
Yes. Depending on location and availability, we may be able to arrange drop-off at one of our partner locations.
