 It is a term and condition of a reader accessing and reading the Be a Lady by Nice ‘n’ Naughty website (Bealady.co.uk ), which is the trading name for one of the electronic products created by NNN Retail Ltd T/A Be a Lady by Nice ‘n’ Naughty, that NNN Retail Ltd T/A Be a lady by Nice ‘n’ Naughty provides the material published on Be a Lady on the basis that it disclaims all warranties in respect of the same whether express or implied. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

Full terms & conditions for the storage facilities supplied by Be a Lady by Nice ‘n’ Naughty are available on request and also given at the time of completing the storage agreement.

Prices & Postage

All prices shown on this website are inclusive of V.A.T. where applicable, adhering to UK V.A.T. law. All U.K. deliveries are priced accordingly to our postage policy. All prices shown on this website, whether it be for products or postage, are shown in G.B.P.(U.K. pound sterling) Your own credit/debit card company will deal with any currency conversions.

The Contract

Once the purchase is complete, receipts can be requested and we will send you an email confirmation of your transaction, to the email you have provided us. This will include a summary of your order.

Price Increases

We, at Be a Lady by Nice ‘n’ Naughty, reserve the right to increase prices (products and postage) without prior notification. 

Pricing Errors

Despite making every endeavour to ensure the prices listed on our website are legitimate, mistakes are sometimes made. If we determine a mistake in the pricing of the item you have booked, we will contact you immediately, and give you the opportunity to either purchase the item at the correct price, or cancel the booking. If for any reason we are not able to connect you, or we receive no acknowledgement from yourselves, we will cancel the booking. If the booking is terminated, and you have previously paid for the items, you will be reimbursed in full.

Data Protection

We treat all personal information as confidential. We comply absolutely with the principles set out in the Data protection Act 2018. Nice ‘n’ Naughty will not share any of your personal information with any other company or third party. 

Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable to you:-

• For any loss of profit, administrative inconvenience, disappointment, or indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem in relation to the services you ordered which was not within our reasonable contemplation as a probable result of a breach of contract on our part at the time that our contract with you was concluded.
• Where performance of any obligations to you is prevented, frustrated or impeded by any circumstance or cause beyond our reasonable control.
• For business losses and/or losses to non-consumer.
• You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes, and in a manner which does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of this site by any third party. Such restriction or inhibition includes, without limitation, conduct which is unlawful, or which may harass or cause distress or inconvenience to any person and the transmission of obscene or offensive content or disruption of normal flow of dialogue within this site

Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions and any contract between us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English Law and the English Courts shall have jurisdiction over any disputes between us.
